Our dynamic team, based in New York and London, is committed to cultivating excellence in companies worldwide. This summer, we invite ambitious Summer Associates to join our New York office for an immersive minimum 8-week program, offering direct engagement and meaningful responsibilities within our vibrant business environment.
As a Summer Associate, you'll be an integral part of our search team, gaining hands-on experience in executive search and corporate strategy. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Conducting comprehensive primary and secondary research on industries, companies, and key individuals, utilizing tools like LinkedIn, Bloomberg, and industry-specific resources to understand market trends and emerging developments.
- Actively mapping key individuals, companies, and sectors within our target markets, developing comprehensive market intelligence.
- Producing detailed client reports focused on human capital, alongside customized project analyses.
- Contributing to search execution and supporting business development initiatives as needed.
