A company is looking for a Claims Specialist to manage lower-level, non-complex workers' compensation claims under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Receives and confirms policy coverage for claims
Determines the validity and compensability of claims and establishes reserves
Communicates claim status with customers, claimants, and clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
Minimum of 1 year of industry experience and claims management preferred
State Certification as an Experienced Examiner
