The ROW Consumer & Commercial (ROW C&C) Transformation Lead deploys transformational capabilities across :

• Beverages
• Foods

These mission critical Beverages and Foods capabilities represent growth office driving and defining an approach and roadmap that represent 75%+ of PepsiCo's global core business.

The C&C Digital Transformation Lead serves as the key liaison to the new Business S&T team structure acting as the front door working to reshape H1, H2, H3 transformation process, business capabilities and act as the defacto subject matter expert when designing solutions and roadmaps across Foods & Beverages.

The scope of the domain includes any capability across Selling, Order, Delivery, Merchandising, Routing, Visit Planning, Customer Service, B2B, B2C, Customer Capabilities, Marketing, Consumer Data, Commercial Planning, Promotion AI, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Execution, and Reporting and Analytics in general as well as all back-office integration.

The C&C lead provides Business Relationship Manager services as well as Portfolio Management, Integrated Delivery Management, and defines future Techno-Functional operation consideration while planning and building IT capabilities to meet and exceed business goals. This role is critical to continuing to drive operational efficiency and productivity through advanced technology deployments across different regions such that we can meet the needs of our 1.5MM customers each and every week.
