Our Canyon Ranch Wellness Club in Fort Worth, Texas is hiring Fitness Desk Attendants. Be part of a team and a culture whose purpose is to make lives happier and healthier.

Responsibilities

Hiring energetic, hospitality-driven Fitness Floor Attendants. You will greet members in a warm and friendly manner and assist members in getting on their desired piece of fitness equipment safely. You will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the fitness equipment and space as part of the fitness team. While on the floor, the Fitness Floor Attendant must be flexible in performing assigned duties while monitoring general member activity to enforce safety regulations. As part of the interdisciplinary team, our Fitness Floor Attendants will make sure our club is clean and represents the luxury brand and standards of Canyon Ranch. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively as part of team is required. The CR Team works together to maintain safety of our members and guests while assisting in team cleaning activities.

• Maintaining cleanliness of fitness area; cleaning equipment with antibacterial cleaner between each use.
• Respond immediately to requests by members/guests; restock water and other items requested for members/guests.
• Perform a thorough cleaning of all equipment during and at the end of each shift.
• Assist front desk in performing towel runs and locker room checks.
• There may be other tasks or duties relative to the performance of your position requested of you by your supervisor from time to time, required as part of the interdisciplinary team at Canyon Ranch
• Represent the brand and standards of Canyon Ranch at all times

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Completed
  • Knowledge of and understanding of fitness and health including cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition.
  • Excellent communication and service presentation
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and early mornings & evenings
  • Previous experience, preferred
