OCI at W West Beverly Hills

Compensation : $22.50 per hour + Tips (Non-Exempt Employee)

About the Role

The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for providing seamless service and creating exceptional guest experiences at the 300+ room hotel W West Beverly Hills. As the face of In-Room Dining, you’ll deliver elevated dining directly to guest rooms while embodying the style, energy, and luxury standards of the W brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a welcoming and approachable point of contact for guest needs and questions
  • Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, recipes, and hotel offerings
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and proper food handling at all times
  • Prepare, deliver, and pick up guest orders promptly, accurately, and with polished service
  • Set up and maintain work areas for opening, mid-shift, and closing according to checklists and needs for shifts
  • Assist guests with food & beverage inquiries and recommendations
  • Communicate guest needs beyond the food & beverage scope to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of hospitality experience in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first approach
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Professional presence, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow
