Electrician / Battery Technician - Top Industry Pay

ELECTRICIAN

We are seeking an Electrician with background in solar and backup batteries installation and service. Full-time 4-day work weeks so Fridays off!

We are a local and family owned, third generation solar, battery and generator installation and service company, since 1971.We provide excellent training to aid you in your success. All necessary training, tools and equipment will be provided, including well maintained, fully loaded company trucks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and service residential and commercial backup battery and electrical systems.
• Battery commissioning, activations and customer orientations.
  
• Residential and commercial Main Panel Upgrades (MPU).
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical component and system issues.
  
• Complete Site Reports and update company Project Management system, as needed.
• Attend regular team meetings and training.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years electrical experience with background in solar and backup batteries installation and service, especially Enphase.
• Electricians Training/Journeyman Certification.
• Understand of NEC codes, electrical schematics, SLDs and plans.
  
• Creative and resourceful in finding solutions to problems or obstacles
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements.
  
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in mobile project management and inventory systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
