Participates in the staff evaluation process by providing attendance records and observation of employee performance. Provides general facility orientation to all new employees and ongoing in-service education. Plans and provides a monthly and annual schedule of planned education programs. Ensures Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) meet the annual 12-hour in-service requirement. Actively participates in quality assurance and reports concerns to supervisor. 1-3 years of experience in long-term care setting preferred Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state CPR certification
