As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance.

As a key member of the Accounts Payable (AP) team within the Delivery Hub, you will support core financial operations across invoice processing, cash management, and AP systems. This role ensures accurate, timely processing in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while also contributing to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

In a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you will perform essential AP tasks, including auditing, reconciliation, and payment support, while gaining exposure to automated workflows and intelligent tools. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, adaptable professional looking to build foundational finance skills and support the evolution of modern AP operations. What You'll Work On :

• Review, audit, and process supplier invoices from digital and traditional channels to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Reconcile supplier accounts, address invoice issues and help desk tickets, and assist internal stakeholders with approval and receipt processes.
• Intake and process paper and emailed invoices using automated capture and AI recognition tools.
• Monitor and resolve aged payables, incomplete transactions, and bank rejections in coordination with Points of Contact.
• Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refer more complex issues to higher levels.
• Adhere to compliance requirements for internal and external policy, procedure, system support, and record keeping.
• Assist with daily check runs and processing of electronic payments.
• Process and reconcile cash receipt items and payment-related accounts.
• Address payment issues such as returned ACHs, canceled checks, outstanding checks, and GL rejects.
• Document standard operating procedures, create user guides, and provide systems training as needed.
• Contribute to AP documentation and digital training materials.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $89,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
