Schedule Details :
Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend and holiday rotation.
Unit Overview :
Become part of a dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit focused on delivering exceptional care to patients with :
Post-operative craniotomies, including bleed evacuation and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Stroke care within our Comprehensive Stroke Program.A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients and medical overflow cases.What You'll Do :
Deliver and coordinate evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for safe and compassionate patient care.Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes.Enhance patient experience throughout the care continuum.Why Join Us?

Current RN license in the state of practice.BLS certification from the American Heart Association.Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Experience and Skills :
Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Proficiency in electronic medical records and excellent communication skills.Ability to make independent decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.Physical Requirements :
