As a Security Officer - Real Estate Patrols in Bronx, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, remaining highly visible, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying authorized personnel as required.
  • Support emergency response activities and communicate with Allied Universal management and local authorities when appropriate.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs and / or incident reports as required by site protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
