Role Overview
Provide first-level functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud ERP users. Handle incident intake, troubleshoot issues, perform basic fixes, and escalate complex cases to L2 teams.
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve L1 incidents and service requests
- Reproduce issues, gather logs / error details, and perform initial diagnostics
- Apply standard workarounds and update knowledge base
- Manage ticket workflow and communicate status to users
- Support user onboarding and role provisioning
- Coordinate with L2 teams on escalations and recurring issues
