This hotel is independently owned and operated by Pinnacle Hotel Management, a franchisee of a Marriott brand hotel. Employment is with the franchisee, not Marriott International.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily Front Desk operations and staff
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to exceed guest service expectations
• Monitor guest satisfaction results and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Manage room inventory, monitor overbookings, and support revenue strategies
• Review financial and operational reports to drive productivity and cost control
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain key control procedures and security standards
• Oversee retail store inventory, presentation, and cleanliness (if applicable)
• Promote a positive, team-oriented, service-focused culture

Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk or hotel leadership experience is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and team development
