[job_card.job_description]Competitive base salary plus bonus plan Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Employer-matched 401(k) retirement plan Generous PTO & paid holidays Flexible schedules to support work-life balance Paid parental leave and employee wellness initiatives Opportunities for advancement in leadership Doctorate or Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT, MPT, MSPT, etc.) Minimum three (3) years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting Valid New York Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) Demonstrated leadership ability, with a proven track record in clinical settings Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and organizational skills Lead a talented multidisciplinary team, coaching and developing staff clinicians and support team members Mentor, hire, and evaluate clinic staff, ensuring top standards in patient care and customer service Grow the clinic through local marketing and outreach efforts, in partnership with the central sales and marketing teams Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and achievement of key operational metrics Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care tailored to each patient’s needs Monitor quality, compliance, and documentation standards, maintaining rigorous adherence to regulatory and billing guidelines Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare partners, and the local community Promote ongoing clinical education, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities for all team members Provide direct patient care as appropriate Set and achieve both clinic and personal professional goals in support of the organization’s mission

As Clinical Director, you will oversee the clinical and financial operations of a high-performing outpatient clinic. You’ll champion clinical excellence, cultivate a culture of mentorship and collaboration, and foster relationships with patients, referral sources, and the wider community.
