As Clinical Director, you will oversee the clinical and financial operations of a high-performing outpatient clinic. You’ll champion clinical excellence, cultivate a culture of mentorship and collaboration, and foster relationships with patients, referral sources, and the wider community.

Doctorate or Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT, MPT, MSPT, etc.)Minimum three (3) years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient settingValid New York Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)Demonstrated leadership ability, with a proven track record in clinical settingsStrong interpersonal, mentoring, and organizational skillsKey Responsibilities
Lead a talented multidisciplinary team, coaching and developing staff clinicians and support team membersMentor, hire, and evaluate clinic staff, ensuring top standards in patient care and customer serviceGrow the clinic through local marketing and outreach efforts, in partnership with the central sales and marketing teamsOversee clinic operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and achievement of key operational metricsDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care tailored to each patient’s needsMonitor quality, compliance, and documentation standards, maintaining rigorous adherence to regulatory and billing guidelinesBuild and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare partners, and the local communityPromote ongoing clinical education, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities for all team membersProvide direct patient care as appropriateSet and achieve both clinic and personal professional goals in support of the organization’s missionInterested in learning more?
