Automation Personnel Services is looking for Production Operators for a company based in Houston, Texas . In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing, woman-owned manufacturer of pipe manufacturing and fabrication company.

Pay Rate

$12.00 / $16.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Saturday, 7 : 00am to 7pm

40+ hours a week, sometimes over 60 hours per week.

Production Operators Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversaw production of all CC pipes, operating machinery and maintaining consistent material supply to feeders
• Monitored production runs visually, recording output and documenting materials utilized
• Set up molds and prepared workstations at project launch to ensure uninterrupted workflow
• Applied stencils and barcodes to completed pipes for precise identification and traceability
• Verified routing of Production Orders within the ERP system, ensuring required testing and processing steps were followed
• Maintained a clean, safe, and organized production environment in alignment with safety protocols
• Diagnosed and reported mechanical issues and product defects to appropriate supervisory personnel
• Recorded mold changes accurately to preserve detailed production documentation
• Collaborated with Quality Control to confirm ISO compliance and uphold high product standards
• Coordinated with the Pressure Pipe Production Manager to ensure all pipes received proper pressure testing
