Key Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to facilitate technical discovery and trial execution
Manage trial setup and configuration, ensuring high-performance standards
Act as a technical resource during customer interactions and assist in shaping business cases
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, quota-carrying role within B2B SaaS
Strong interest in Revenue or Sales Operations and familiarity with sales prospecting tools
Experience with modern sales tech stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot
Outstanding customer management skills, including project management and stakeholder alignment
Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
