Overview

The Talent Acquisition Enablement Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in program management, operations, and technology. We drive transformational and continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition, with a focus on efficiency, technology innovation, operational excellence, and quality data and experiences.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring an experienced people manager with a proven track record in driving strategy and business impact in recruiting organizations to join our TA Enablement leadership team. The ideal person for this role is someone who is passionate about process and operational excellence, recruiting, and data. This position reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Enablement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of Program Managers driving core TA programs to ensure process excellence across our hiring programs.
• Provide strategic direction, talent acquisition expertise, and guidance to the business on new trends, benchmarks, and policies.
• Coach and support your team in driving enablement programs, ensuring successful strategy, builds, change management and adoption.
• Improve the recruiting system with a focus on operational effectiveness, process and system efficiency, tech / tooling, and recruiter / hiring manager enablement.
• Build relationships with cross‑functional partners and stakeholders across Talent Acquisition to deliver on the TA Enablement team’s roadmap and programs of work.
• Lead programs with experts across the business in HR, finance, operations, technology and people data to implement integrated strategies.
• Analyze and report on program outcomes and impact using industry standard approaches and benchmarking to make data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
