Licensed Clinicians or License Eligible

Clinicians will lead person - centered treatment planning within an integrated multidisciplinary team to support persons in a community based mental health program. Integrated teams include licensed clinicians, nurses, housing specialists, peer / family specialists and direct care and residential staff. The integrated team works collaboratively to provide person-centered, evidence-based services in support treatment goals.

ACCS Clinicians provide direct clinical interventions with persons served, facilitates the planning and documentation of comprehensive assessments, treatment plans and othe clinical services. Clinicians are responsible for modeling best practices as well as training the integrated team in recovery principles, administrative requirements and clinical interventions.

Qualifications include a Master's Degree in a related field and a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts including LICSW, LCSW, Licensed Rehab Counselor, Physician, Registered Nurse, Registered Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist.
