Housekeeper needed immediately for a Beverly Hills estate. Seeking a top-level and detail-oriented housekeeper for a large smart home estate.

Responsibilities & Duties :

  • Responsible for day-to-day cleanliness and upkeep of the residences
  • Perform all housekeeping for residence, including daily tasks and regular deep cleaning
  • Hands-on cleaning experience, including dusting, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, general floor care
  • Laundry, care of fine linens and manage dry cleaning
  • Assist with parties and events at estate
  • Shop for household supplies, personal items and occasional groceries as needed
  • Inventory control and management
  • Create and execute daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal to-do and task lists
  • Contribute to the maintenance request log for each property as necessary
  • Other household-related tasks as assigned

Applicant Requirements :

  • Experience working in large, multi-staffed homes (ideally, 5+ years of experience)
  • Longevity in previous jobs with verifiable, exceptional references
  • Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with smart home systems and appliances
  • Fluent in English verbal and written communications
  • Tech savvy - ability to email, text and use a computer for basic tasks (Mac preferred)
  • Must be professional in appearance and demeanor required at all times
  • Must be able to work on weekends or holidays, as needed; however, work schedule is typically Monday to Friday
  • Must possess valid, unrestricted US driver's license and means of reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to submit to an in-depth background investigation after a conditional employment offer is made
