Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Unit Overview :
Become a vital part of our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , delivering care to a varied and complex patient group, including :
Post-operative patients from craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and stroke management.High volumes of cervical and spinal cases within our Comprehensive Stroke Program .Your Role :
Deliver and coordinate exceptional patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a compassionate healthcare environment.
Utilize the nursing process for comprehensive care delivery.Engage in effective communication and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes.Contribute positively to the patient experience and be an integral part of a collaborative and supportive team.Why Choose Us?

Assess and address patient needs through personalized care plans, involving patients and families in the healthcare process.Recognize changes in patient conditions and take appropriate action collaboratively with healthcare teams.Implement safety strategies and enhance patients' learning experiences.Coordinate discharge planning with an interdisciplinary approach to ensure continuity of care.Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care experiences.Requirements :
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.Completion of an accredited nursing program with at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Strong communication, organizational, and critical decision-making skills.Physical Requirements :
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, and bending as part of daily responsibilities. Protective equipment usage may be necessary.
