Fulfillment Specialist
The Fulfillment Specialist ensures accurate processing and shipping of customer orders at a Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. Key responsibilities include receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping prescriptions. Inventory is tracked using RF scanning for inbound and outbound items. Orders are verified and inventory systems are updated accurately. A clean, safe, and organized work environment is maintained, and quality standards are adhered to.
Essential requirements include flexibility to work various shifts, the ability to stand for 8+ hours and perform physical tasks (pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs), a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years in retail, centralized services, or fulfillment. Experience with RF scanning and inventory systems (6+ months) and ability to operate motorized material handling equipment (6+ months) are also required. Entry-level candidates or freshers with no experience are open to.

Job type and location : This is a contract position based out of Mechanicsville, VA. Pay range for this position is $15.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
