Finance Reporting Assistant
Pareto Publishing is a fast-growing e-mail-marketing company with an audience of 8 million+ engaged subscribers. One thing we do is connecting financial-services brands (banking, investing, insurance, fintech, and more) with the right readers at scale. As we expand, we need a detail-oriented Finance Reporting Assistant to keep our revenue and cost data crystal clear for the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull weekly and monthly revenue figures from internal dashboards and client portals
- Compile vendor invoices and bank-statement data to produce concise weekly and monthly P&Ls
- Summarize client ad-campaign revenue (retainers, flat fees) and newsletter CPA / CPL / CPC performance.
- Track usage against annual volume-based agreements and highlight variances early.
- Improve templates and SOPs so reporting stays accurate even when the pace picks up.

Requirements
Proven experience creating internal revenue / cost or P&L reports, ideally for a digital-media, SaaS, or e-commerce businessProficiency with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups; basic SQL a plus)Eagle-eye accuracy and a knack for spotting anomalies24 hours per week availability (peaks up to 4 h during busier periods)Based in a European time zone (preference for Serbia, Croatia, North Macedonia but we're open)Clear written English; comfortable communicating via SlackWhat to Expect
