We are seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Emergency Room Nurse who excels in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering time-sensitive, high-quality, evidence-based care. A passion for continuous learning, collaboration, and teamwork is essential.

Key Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in emergency situations, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a timely manner, collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, maintain a high standard of clinical practice and adhere to evidence-based protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS​

• Valid license or temporary permit to practice professional nursing in Louisiana.
• American Heart Association BLS-HCP.
• ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI, VAD competent.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• Experience in an emergency department or critical care setting is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with excellent time management skills.
