This program will facilitate connections and learning experiences with fellow graduate nurses across our system, empowering you to enhance your confidence, knowledge, and practical skills within the healthcare setting. Over a twelve-month period, you will participate in monthly four-hour virtual sessions designed to complement your educational background and support your ongoing professional development.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Eligible to practice as determined by your State Board of Nursing
• One year or less of experience working as a Registered Nurse

Sign-On Bonus : $7,500 (payable upon your first paycheck)

Work Schedule : Full-Time

Available Shifts : 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

Position Overview :

As a pre-licensure graduate nurse actively involved in our Nurse Residency Program, you will provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) while adhering to professional standards. You will be responsible for delivering age-appropriate care to patients with diverse medical needs. Nurse Residents in states such as Oklahoma may have specific responsibilities; however, those in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Missouri can perform all duties listed.
