Your work will help ensure Nike athletes get what they need faster, smarter, and more sustainably. / ppIn this role, you will : / pulliDesign, launch, and optimize capabilities and processes within Nikes NA 3PL distribution network to improve speed, quality, service, and athlete experience. / liliLead the onboarding of new 3PL sites, from planning and capability building to operational readiness and training. / liliMap dependencies and sequence implementation of short- and mid-term strategic initiatives for maximum impact. / liliDrive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and cross-functional problem-solving. / liliCommunicate with influence across Nikes matrixed organization, ensuring alignment from leadership to front-line teams. / liliDevelop and deliver process documentation, training, and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working. / liliIdentify and escalate risks, issues, and opportunities to leadership with clarity and data-backed insight. / li / ulpYoull team up with leaders across Marketplace Supply Chain, Engineering and Facilities Maintenance, Transportation, Finance, Tech, Legal, DEI, Sustainability, and Integrated Fulfillment Planning.
