A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Transformation Programs to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across technology and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise transformation programs, including systems migrations and process optimization

Facilitate biweekly Senior Leadership Team agenda planning and ensure alignment on enterprise priorities

Manage program interdependencies, risks, and resources using standardized methodologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

PMP Certification preferred

10+ years of experience in program management
