Home Health by the Bay is seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Health Marketer to foster and manage key relationships between our agency, patients, physicians, community organizations, and other referral sources. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, relationship-building, and effectively presenting our services to diverse audiences, while maintaining strong, professional connections with both existing and potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Intake/Referrals, Marketing, and Management.
• Lead community outreach initiatives, including presentations, events, and marketing efforts.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aimed at driving census growth, enhancing community visibility, and increasing referrals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and senior living facilities.
• Build and maintain strong connections with decision-makers and referral sources to ensure business development and growth.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in field sales (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in sales/marketing within the home health industry (preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business within a territory.
• Valid drivers license.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Strong ability to strategize, plan, and execute marketing and sales efforts.
• Passion for relationship-building and networking with professionals in the healthcare community.
