Were looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper / Data Entry to support our operations through efficient billing collections and administrative coordination.

Primary Responsibilities :

Bookkeeping & Data Entry

• Process customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Apply customer payments and maintain up-to-date account records
• Manage customer collection activities professionally and effectively
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
• Post all bills and expenses in QBO and other Software.
• Maintain Vendor and Subcontractor documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Experience & Skill Set

• 2 years of business / office experience
• 1 years performing collection activities
• Strong customer service skills with a professional courteous communication style
• Clear confident verbal and written communication (proper grammar required)
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy fast-paced office
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working independently or within a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms such as Xactimate and SERVPRO proprietary software
• Experience in restoration cleaning or insurance industries is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in Accounting preferred or 23 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience

Compensation : $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
