Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensure efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting delivery deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing workflows, ability and willingness to be hands on and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules based on weekly demand created by plant leadership.
• Communicate to supervisors, team leads, and operators daily, weekly, monthly production goals
• Emphasize organizational structure on the manufacturing floor and set clear expectations for each team and operator
• Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or resources as needed.
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency of each operator and cell that fall within responsibility
• Coordinate with other production areas to ensure proper flow of information, materials, and finished product
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Train and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Report on production metrics and suggest improvements to plant management.
