Full-Time Paramedic

Position Overview :

Sign-On Bonus : Enjoy a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus upon joining our team! This bonus is applicable to Full-Time Paramedic hires only and does not apply to internal employees. For more bonus agreement details, please contact Human Resources.

Commitment : A two-year commitment agreement with the company may apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assess each emergency situation to determine the best course of action and follow appropriate protocols.
• Utilize essential medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced patient care.
• Employ effective triage skills to enhance efficiency during calls.
• Deliver patient care adhering to established clinical protocols and safety requirements.
• Lift and transport patients as necessary to ensure optimal care.
• Coordinate with receiving medical facilities to share critical information and receive guidance.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the formal job description.

Salary Range : Competitive rates between $28.40 and $39.71, based on experience, for average 12-hour shifts at approximately 42 hours per week.
