Must have experience in fixing : Machineries, be able to commute from location to location, Must know some electrical.

1. Have at least 2 years of experience in working with different machines.

2. Setting up, loading, or starting food processing equipment.

3. Controlling flow rate, temperatures, and machinery settings.

4. Weighing, checking, and loading ingredients and packaging material for specific finished goods.

5. Monitoring output and making necessary adjustments during production processes.

6. Performing preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems.

7. Follow standards procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness.

8 . Operate and maintain machines in a safe and efficient manner

9. Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance

12. Stay up to date with changes in production technology and techniques

13. Clean and sanitize machines to maintain a clean and organized work environment

14. Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to address maintenance issues promptly.

Work Environment

15. Technical Skills : Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
