Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney (New York)

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Maxwell Brooks is working with a sophisticated Manhattan Commercial Real Estate law firm that is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team.

This role will concentrate on a variety of complex commercial real estate legal transactions (acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing and / or leasing) involving a spectrum of real estate assets located in New York City and / or nationwide. QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of commercial real estate or corporate transactions legal experience, strong analytical and drafting skills, intellectual curiousity, and excellent academic credentials. Must be admitted to practice in New York.
