Order Entry Customer Service

LHH is currently seeking an experienced CONSTRUCTION / MANUFACTURING Order Entry Specialist for a full-time position with a growing company in Phoenix, Arizona. Do you pride your data entry and sharp attention to detail? Do you love entering orders and assisting clients through the fulfillment side? We may have the perfect job for you!

Responsibilities :

• Entering customer purchase orders into internal system
• Delegate customer inquiries to customer service
• Revise or cancel orders
• Verify customer account information
• Entering order information with 100% accuracy
• Vendor support and client services
• Entering purchase orders and work orders
• Invoicing / Billing background is a plus
• High-volume data input, will never get bored in this role.
• Supporting Sales team and purchasing

Qualifications :

Contract-to-hire - Eligible for medical, vision and dental benefits after 60 days of employment.

Pay : $20 / hr-$23 / hr
