About The Position

RN / MS / Tele / Behavioral Health Ratios : 1 : 5-6

• Years of experience : 2 (MS / Tele)
• First-timers accepted : Y Weekend Req : Yes, every other Certs Req : BLS Is On-call Req? N Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units? Yes and will need to be comfortable floating between Betsy and Central Harnett. Open to accommodating block scheduling? N Locals accepted : No - 50-mile radius rule from Betsy Johnson and Harnett Health Pending License accepted : N RTO Restrictions : per manager's discretion Guaranteed Hours : call off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment. Once that is met all hours based on contracted shifts are guaranteed. Special Requirements : - Return Staff Policy : Have to be gone for 1 year to return as a traveler. - System has a 2 contract limit (can only extend once ) then has to be gone for 6 months to return.
