Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize physical and digital files.
• Assist with data entry and database management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, faxes, and phone calls.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses.
