General Manager of Gutter Installation Company

The Brothers that just do Gutters is looking for an exceptional and dedicated manager! The business has grown tremendously and the owner is wearing too many hats. We have a close family feeling atmosphere with employees ranging from new and experienced field technicians a sales team and an administrative team. We are looking for an energetic leader that can help build culture motivate employees drive improvement in the business and run operations efficiently. Extreme ownership and hard work are musts for this position.

As a General Manager this role is the primary integrator for the organization listening closely to the owners vision and mapping out a plan to achieve it. The GM brings creative roadmaps to the owner including detailed plans for achieving the annual and long-term plans. The GM is responsible for the output of all the people on their team. This will require creating maintaining and improving the systems and processes the team uses as well as gaining buy-in and motivating the staff toward peak performance. This role is responsible for all business operations with the exception of sales and marketing. Determine and delegate to staff; which consists of administrative operational and field employees. To receive regular reports from staff and project updates from field personnel

• Overseeing daily business operations
• Developing and implementing growth strategies

• Creating and managing budgets
