A company is looking for a Scientific Technical Support Scientist - NGS.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and consultation to customers and sales teams via various communication channels
Assist in troubleshooting and application support for NGS products
Track customer satisfaction and collaborate with teams for product improvements and training
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. preferred or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related Life Sciences with 3-5 years of industry experience
In-depth knowledge of synthetic DNA and molecular biology techniques, with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience using NGS technologies
Experience with Target Enrichment is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite; experience with Salesforce and CRM software is a plus
Experience providing remote technical support is advantageous
