We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our healthcare client located in the Brentwood, Tennessee. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. This position involves collaboration with leadership teams to maintain precise data tracking and support business operations.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for multiple clinic locations.
• Ensure correct recording and management of patient payments and insurance claims.
• Execute month-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the budgeting process by compiling and reviewing financial data.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances against actual results.
• Supervise all revenue billing activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including regular reviews with clinic managers.
• Track and oversee organizational spending to maintain financial control.
• Provide documentation and schedules for both internal and external audits.
• 5+ years experience with healthcare accounting is strongly desired
• Expertise in month-end close procedures and general ledger management. Proven ability to perform financial statement audits and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in creating accurate journal entries.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing, claims, and insurance processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable and revenue billing processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
