[job_card.job_description]The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant provides routine, low-acuity medical services, seeing an average of 15 to 20 patients per day. The services of the clinic include, but are not limited to : - routine primary care - annual physicals - sick visits - minor injury care The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden. The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will be supported by a medical assistant who helps with all patient visits, including charting and documentation. Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new APP must be fluent in Spanish. - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care SCHEDULE : - Part-Time - Exact Hours Negotiable - No Nights - No Weekends - No Holidays CLINIC HOURS : - Monday to Friday - 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm - 1-Hour Lunch Break COMPENSATION : - $85 to $100 per Hour, dependent upon experience - Malpractice Insurance - Other Benefits Negotiable LOCATION : - San Jose, California - Arbuckle / Tropicana area COMPANY PROFILE : This passionate, mission-driven organization is a long-standing presence in the Bay Area with offices in San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland.
