Description :

The Behavioral Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive behavior analysis services for individuals with developmental disabilities and neurodiversity disorders. The Behavioral Analyst may manage and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), oversee the operations and staff within ISL homes, and provide training and support as needed. Must have a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for adults with disabilities and neurodiverse conditions, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Must assist with program expansion and promoting the behavioral support services program externally.

Requirements :

Essential Qualifications & Functions :

• Education : Bachelors degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience & Skills :
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and / or neurodiverse disorders preferred.
• Strong experience in supervising and managing RBTs or other direct support staff.
• Knowledge and experience in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Experience working in residential or ISL home settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide training and support to staff at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
• Commitment to maintaining the dignity and autonomy of individuals served.

Additional Requirements :

Physical Requirements :

Ability to engage in physical activities, including walking, bending, and lifting as needed to interact with clients.

Ability to manage the physical demands of onsite staff management in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities :

Behavioral Services & Support :

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for adults with developmental disabilities and neurodiverse disorders.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on data driven decisions.

Ensure that behavioral interventions align with best practices and ethical standards in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Provide direct intervention services to individuals as necessary.

Management of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) :

Supervise and manage a team of RBTs, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.

Conduct regular supervision sessions with RBTs, providing feedback, performance evaluations, and skill development opportunities. Ensure RBTs are properly trained in ABA techniques and company protocols.

Monitor the consistency and fidelity of intervention programs implemented by RBTs.

ISL Home Oversight and Staff Management :

Oversee the daily operations and ensure the appropriate implementation of behavior plans in ISL homes.

Provide onsite support and training for direct care staff working in ISL homes to ensure proper delivery of services.

Collaborate with ISL staff to ensure that all individuals’ behavioral, medical, and personal needs are met in a compassionate, respectful manner.

Regularly review data and outcomes to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.

Participate in the development and review of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) for clients in the ISL program.

Conduct training sessions for RBTs, ISL staff, and other agency staff on ABA principles, behavior management techniques, and program implementation.

Stay UpToDate on industry best practices and incorporate new methodologies into training programs.

Provide ongoing professional development opportunities to staff, ensuring a high level of competency and consistency across all programs.

Collaboration & Communication :

Work closely with the clinical team, including other BCBAs, clinicians, and management, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Maintain clear and open communication with clients’ families and other support team members to keep them informed about progress and any changes to treatment plans.

Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic and integrated care for all individuals.

Data Management & Reporting :

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data driven decisions.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, behavioral assessments, progress notes, and reports.

Prepare and present written reports as required by regulatory standards and agency policies.

Participate in agencywide initiatives and committees as needed.

Assist with any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Director of Behavioral Services.
