Senior Registered Nurse - Oncology Services (Part-Time Nights)

This position is for part-time nights, working from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a minimum of 2 shifts per week. A $5,000 Hiring Incentive is available for qualified RNs who have not worked at Parkland within the last year.

Primary Purpose

The Senior Registered Nurse is a licensed professional responsible for coordinating patient care delivery for specific health conditions in collaboration with the healthcare team. Utilizing the nursing process, you will assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, develop and implement personalized care plans, and evaluate patient responses to care. Your role will focus on facilitating smooth transitions through the healthcare system while preventing complications or delays.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience : A minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• License / Certifications : Current, valid RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing or valid Compact RN license; BLS certification from a recognized provider; Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy certificate within six months of placement.
