Summary

Brivo is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives and play a pivotal role in elevating our employer brand. This role is entrusted with driving high-impact hiring strategies fostering an exceptional candidate experience and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the business. You will manage complex hiring projects and collaborate cross-functionally to shape the future of our growing teams. This hybrid position is based at our Bethesda MD headquarters office.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening scheduling offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop compelling inclusive and targeted job descriptions that reflect Brivos values and mission. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the business.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing networking and leveraging AI-driven and social media sourcing tools. Engage and convert passive talent by effectively communicating Brivos employee value proposition and growth opportunities.
• Conduct detailed interviewsvia phone video or in-personto evaluate candidates technical capabilities cultural fit and career motivations.
• Develop and implement structured interview processes including standardized interview questions note-taking templates and interviewer training to ensure consistency fairness and effectiveness across all hiring teams.
• Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill offer acceptance rates candidate feedback retention trends) and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to maintain and enhance Brivos careers page ensuring content is current engaging and inclusive.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey. Maintain strong ATS hygiene to nurture relationships with cold and warm leads alumni referrals and other prospective candidates.
• Stay informed on talent acquisition trends compensation benchmarks and competitive hiring practices globally.

Qualifications

The compensation package for this full-time position includes a base salary range of $90000 - $100000.
