Junior Financial Analyst - Entry Level

Location : Baltimore, MD

Pay Range : $20 - $23 / hr

Contract : 6–12+ months (Potential for Extension / Permanent Placement)

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (Required)

What We’re Looking For

Our client is seeking recent graduates with a background in finance and some hands-on experience —whether through internships, coursework, or early professional roles—who are eager to contribute and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with cost analysis and review of financial programs and operations.
• Support the evaluation of financial status by comparing actual results against forecasts.
• Help perform month-end valuations and reporting for assigned client funds.
• Conduct basic research on offshore and domestic fund options.
• Assist in identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies with proper documentation.
• Prepare and update profit and loss (P&L) models under guidance from senior team members.
