HVAC Service Technician

Are you looking to grow in your HVAC or construction knowledge? Look no further! Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a HVAC Service Tech who is interested in developing their knowledge of the trade and putting forth quality work.

Responsibilities:

· Lead service and repairs of HVAC systems in residential buildings.

· Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

· Collaborate with leads to schedule and prioritize installations.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

· Train junior installers/techs and provide guidance.

Required Qualifications:

· High School Diploma, or equivalent.

· Valid Driver’s License.

· 1+ years' experience as an HVAC tech.

· Attention to Detail.

· Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

· EPA, NATE, and O6a / O6b / O2 certifications preferred. Experience with oil furnaces is a plus.

Wages & Benefits:

· Competitive Wage Range: $30-$45 an hour (based on experience).

· Performance Bonus Opportunities.

· Affordable Install Hours: 6:00AM-4:00PM, Monday through Thursday.
