Entry Level Engineer

About the Role

Join a dynamic team where your ideas and technical skills will directly influence how communities receive reliable power. As an Entry-Level Engineer, you'll bridge customer needs with innovative design solutions, playing a key role in modernizing electrical distribution systems.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and design improvements that make a real difference.

Use cutting-edge proprietary design software to create and implement solutions.

Manage requests from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution in the field.

Split your time between engaging with customers (40%) and applying your design expertise in the office (60%).

Apply your electrical knowledge to design systems involving transformers, conductors, and distribution networks.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (EET, MET, CET).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Professional communication and presentation abilities.

A passion for working within a large utility environment.

Previous experience in distribution design is a plus-but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.50 / hr.
