Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated

Communications Specialist

to support and enhance our internal and external communications efforts. This role focuses on crafting clear, consistent, and compelling messaging that aligns with our organizational goals and strengthens stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in developing professional written and verbal communications across multiple platforms—excluding social media.

Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and maintain high-quality written communications, including internal announcements, newsletters, reports, and official correspondence

Ensure all communications align with Skillbridge Academy’s brand voice, tone, and strategic objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communication initiatives and projects

Assist in planning and executing communication strategies for organizational updates and programs

Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism

Support leadership and departments with messaging needs and documentation

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information

$62,000 to $66,000 annually
