The Opportunity

• Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required.
• One year of Emergency Medicine experience is preferred.
• Current IL state license is a plus.
• This is a per diem opportunity.

The Practice

Saint Joseph Medical Center – Joliet, Illinois

• 498-bed Level II Trauma Center with a 48-bed Emergency Department.
• Comprehensive Stroke Center and full STEMI Center.
• Annual volume of 50,000 with a 35% admit rate (14-15% critical care).
• Meditech EMR with Dragon dictation and Vituity scribe support.
• On-site patient care navigators, case management, and behavioral health workers.
