A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Coordinator to support patient compliance and education in remote monitoring programs.

Key Responsibilities

Access multiple software systems to assess patient compliance with monitoring

Contact non-compliant patients to identify and resolve issues related to their monitoring

Document compliance activities and provide reports to partners regarding compliance status

Required Qualifications

Ability to learn transmitter hardware systems from various medical device manufacturers

Strong patient education skills and excellent phone demeanor

Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment

Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to compliance

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
