We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a multi-line phone system efficiently. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of providing friendly and attentive service to all visitors and callers.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and operate a multi-line phone system to handle incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming and attentive manner.
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals based on inquiries.
• Provide accurate information to callers regarding company services or procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to reflect a focused environment.
• Handle basic administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling or data entry.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments by relaying messages effectively.
• Monitor inbound call volume and prioritize urgent requests.
• Support part-time receptionist duties as required during peak hours.
• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic administrative functions such as scheduling or data entry.
