ABOUT CIC ST. LOUIS CIC St. Louis officially opened in fall 2014 and now manages more than 160,000 square feet across three campuses in the growing Cortex innovation district, just south of the Central West End. The number one draw of CIC St. Louis is that we are essentially a startup and thats very much how it feels. Our part-timers are often sitting in a room making decisions with the General Manager. Inversely, managers are also cleaning kitchens, loading the dishwasher, and covering concierge. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK You will join a Community Operations Team to satisfy the day-to-day needs of our clients. Some work will be independent while at other times it will require collaboration with other members of the CIC staff.

Potential responsibilities will include : Building and keeping good relationships with CIC clients, making sure theyre happy by quickly and specifically responding to their questions and needs. Handling a variety of client requests creatively and effectively, from office rearrangement to event hosting. Stocking and maintaining supplies in kitchens and conference rooms, while also ensuring the upkeep of regular systems like print stations and conference room setups, offering assistance as needed. Facilitating new client onboarding, including system registration and office setup, as well as assisting existing ones with office moves and special event preparations in conference rooms. Supporting front desk operations with focus on excellent service and assisting other teams with special projects as needed. Organizing community events to encourage networking among clients.

YOU HAVE A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least one year of professional experience. A natural interest for helping / supporting others. An interest in a long-term role. We are a growing company, and we like to hire people who can grow with us over the years.

OUR OFFER Starting compensation is $46,667 100% company-paid premium healthcare and dental benefits. 100% company-paid long and short-term disability, and life insurance. 401k (must be 21+). 18 days of PTO accrued annually (more with seniority), plus thirteen paid holidays from the start.
